Here we go again....

It's that time of year again - speech competitions. Mika heads to the provincial bridge competition tomorrow morning at the Confucius Institute. She didn't participate in the school event this year, but chose to do bridge anyway. I hope she has fun - she wrote her own speech based on the My Chinese Dream theme and is singing a song for the talent portion. Declan is too young for bridge, but competed in the school event and won 2nd place. Mika's dance recitals were last weekend and she was absolutely incredible as always. I'm looking forward to everything wrapping up for the summer and kicking back on the beach making sandcastles. It's been a busy, busy year and we're not even halfway through!
