Me: Mika? You OK? - she had been in the bathroom for about 15 mins.

Mika: Yeeesssss. I'm just reading. I found this book in here. I think it's called Blade Runner?

- In other news, it's Spring Break! Despite the 4 foot snowbanks. Yay! Mika came home with a certificate that the only words I can read on it are the name of her school and a wrapped gift. She tells me she placed third in a writing contest - it was more of a penmanship contest in Chinese, apparently.

The gift was a new pocket folder for homework, scribbler, calligraphy pen, eraser set, and ballpoint pen. Go Mika!
